Over the weekend I discovered a way to use "Costco" and "local food" in the same sentence...The new Costco in Saint John carries a selection of New Brunswick-made artisanal cheeses. My favourite find is a sheep's milk cheese called Sieur Duplessis. It's made near Sainte-Marie-de-Kent.
Here's a little write up on it

Linda Nadj also has some amazing New Brunswick blue cheese "Gai Bleu" & "La Dune" which is like a camenbert
but better ! The label has a picture of the Buctouche dune a great spot to visit in the summer.
but
The BEST find that Linda has is her own exclusive cheddar cheese & herb mini crackers to go with all those cheeses !!!
Yummy.
Bon appetit, Jennifer
She is usually outside on the verandah. She carries NB cheeses and wine.
